    Clean and comfortable

    Our stay at Fairway Views B&B was largely a pleasant one. The facilities were attractive, and our room was spotless and comfortable throughout.

    Two matters, however, detracted from an otherwise excellent experience. Breakfast consisted of items left in the refrigerator for guests to help themselves, yet several of these, including some of the bread and yoghurt, had passed their expiry dates. In addition, the kitchen bin still held partly eaten bread and other food waste, possibly left by a previous guest. Neither issue was serious, but together they suggested that routine checks had been overlooked. With closer attention to stock rotation and to clearing the kitchen between stays, this property would readily merit the highest praise. We would still recommend it for its cleanliness, its comfortable rooms, and its convenient position for Hobbiton and the surrounding attractions.

    Nice stay

    I kinda like the location, tranquil and peaceful. You can even see galaxy at night if the weather is good ⭐ The hosts are fairly nice and welcoming! I like the breakfast too. Definitely recommended 💯

    There's no heater in the room, only heat mat.
