    It was great . The view was excellent

    Clean and easy to find

    Would prefer darker curtains for bedroom… Too much sunlight when trying to sleep in .

    Not good experience at all with this booking with Shana

    The host response was not timely and when I pointed this out to her, she got an attitude and was not receptive of the customer feedback I gave her. I called and messaged her via WhatsApp, I never got her , we had to ask security attendant to call her. Which he did. I sent a WhatsApp message in real time on the phone while speaking with her, when I asked her if she saw the message, she said yes. I asked her what did the message say, she said she was at work and didn’t have the phone with her. Additionally, I was in the company of my family member and hired driver who heard the way which she spoke to me, which was not favorable. She then proceeded to cancel my booking via text a few minutes later,while I’m right there at the property in nearby vicinity waiting to get into my room and cited that she didn’t think me staying at this venue would be a good fit. Terrible customer experience. :( This is terrible customer service! Leaving me high and dry after flying several hundred miles from New England to the Caribbean! I had to go find another hotel at the last minute. :( As a healthcare provider, real estate developer, and Fellow Airbnb owner, I can definitely say that Shana- She definitely needs to learn to be a little bit more teachable, and understand how to appease her customers when verbalize that their expectations are not being met.
