    Disappointed

    Location was ideal. A minutes walk to the canal, 5 minutes to the beach and a little more to the high street. Size of the house was ideal and the twin bedroom at the rear was far enough away from the other two bedrooms, so you couldn't hear the snorer!!!!

    The paintwork throughout was chipped, the laminate flooring throughout downstairs was badly damaged in many places and the rug in the lounge had so many areas where the matting had been pulled, it was a trip hazard. The conservatory was unusable as it got no sunlight due to the trees and was so cold as there was no heating source in there (and we had sunny warm weather during our stay!)

    Great located property with some issues that could be assessed and remedied

    The location was superb. The house is well equipped and clean

    The bathroom extractor fan is really noisy. The lounge seating needs to be increased and updated. The two low walls at the end of the drive could be removed to ease parking for two vehicles. As the house accommodates 6 people two vehicles are always going to be the case. The downstairs toilet door lock sometimes sticks and caused an issue while we were there
