    Great well priced apartment in handy location.

    Nice and close to a metro stop so easy to get around. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We were met by our host and he was helpful and explained everything. Small supermarket across the street.

    The aircon is only in the bedrooms and the one in the main bedroom was awfully loud at night.

    Location is great, supermarket on the other side of the street, public transportation. Kitchen with oven and all that you need. Cool temperature in summer thanks to AC and fans. Good neighborhood.

    Not easy to park (at least for free). Only one bathroom.

    Unacceptable Experience Due to Non-Functional A/C During Extreme Heat

    Great location—very close to the metro station, with a supermarket across the street and several restaurants nearby. It’s away from the crowded tourist areas, making it a peaceful place to stay.

    We had a deeply disappointing stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, I informed the staff that the air conditioning in the main bedroom was not working. With daily temperatures exceeding 35°C, this wasn’t a minor inconvenience—it made the room uninhabitable. Despite repeated messages and phone calls with Weronika, I was only told they would try to find a technician. Eventually, I was informed that no one could be found to fix the issue during our stay. I requested to be moved to another apartment, but was told there was no availability. The only alternative offered was a refund for any unused nights—if we chose to leave. They also mentioned that a fan was available in the unit, but it was entirely ineffective given the extreme heat. Ultimately, we had to move the mattress into the smaller room where my son was sleeping, and we slept on the floor for several nights—far from the comfort and quality we expected when booking an apartment with A/C. I asked for appropriate compensation, as the listing clearly advertised air conditioning, which we never received. I also expressed that this situation reflects poorly on the company’s commitment to guest satisfaction. I was told my case would be forwarded to management, but it remains unclear what kind of standards or accountability are maintained by this host or platform.
