  Bitter and frustrated

  It had a drive and clean

  Check-in is only a two-hour window, yet despite arriving 30 minutes early, we were refused the entry code until exactly 5pm after a 650mile drive For a two-week stay, we were provided with just one large towel and a face towel each, and there was no change of bed linen unless we were willing to pay an extra €60 for towels and €160 for clean bedding. At nearly £2,000 per week, that is ridiculous. Some of the furniture is genuinely concerning. The outdoor furniture around the pool and the dining room chairs felt unsafe and, frankly, like an accident waiting to happen. We also had cold showers every night and there is no air conditioning. It was so uncomfortable and hot that we had to go out and spend around €130 on fans for the bedrooms just so we could sleep. I even offered to leave the fans behind for €100 for the next guests, but was told to take them with us. The whole villa feels as though it has been set up to squeeze extra money out of guests at every opportunity. When you are already paying close to £2,000 a week, being charged heavily for basic things like fresh towels and bedding is completely unacceptable. The Portuguese Butler service was equally disappointing. Instead of actually addressing the problems, we received vague, fluffy responses that felt AI-generated and solved absolutely nothing. The end result was always the same: the guest is left inconvenienced or expected to pay even more. For the amount this villa costs, the standard of the property, the lack of basic comforts and the level of customer service are simply not good enough do not book with this company there awful

  Férias na Falésia

  A localização da casa é extraordinária ficando a escassos minutos de uma das praias mais bonitas do Algarve, isto sem passar pela estrada (passeio). Casa muito bem cuidada, limpa e com todas as comodidades para nos sentirmos em nossa casa. As camas são ótimas para o descanso pós praia ou até a maravilhosa piscina acessivel pelo jardim da casa.

  Apenas fazemos dois apontamentos que podem ser melhorados, a cozinha apesar de estar bem equipada não tem tachos apenas panelas e as espreguiçadeiras para a piscina são apenas duas (curto para uma casa tão grande) e estavam estragadas.

  Perfect for a chilled holiday for all ages

  Spacious and all bedrooms had on suites. The pool (even though it was shared) was clean and a good size. Villa was clean and had all amenities. Stones throw from the beach

  Schönes Haus mit nahegelegenem Pool (für mehrere Häuser), große Außen Terrasse, perfekte Location für einen Familienurlaub mit kleineren Kindern. Ruhige Lage – kurzer Fußweg zum Strand Perfekte Betreuung durch die Agentur
