    Nice hotel for families with kids

    The room was spacious, and we loved that the kids have their own room with their own beds. And a small climbing wall in the room was an surprising fun detail. The quality of the food was really good. Everything was delicious and well prepared! The kids area was nice.

    The spa was supposed to open at 8pm but it was open at 10pm. That was a disappointing news at our last morning. With this amount of money, I expect to get at least basic drinks like a pils beer, wine could be covered. The coffee machines should be serving at dinner as well. The coffee which was waiting for a long time in the thermos was not a nice experience after a nice dinner. I expect one nice quality cup of coffee should be served after the dinner. The signs should be more clear for directions towards beach or the bowling area. Feels like you are walking at an unfinished campus. Spa area had signs that swim wear is not allowed. It should be more inclusive, family time with swimwear should be allowed.

    Kein 5 Sterne Niveau, 500 € pro Nacht passen einfach nicht zum vorhandenen Niveau Checkoutzeit 10:00 Uhr(!?) um 09:55 Uhr ließ sich das Zimmer nicht mehr öffnen, um unser Gepäck zu holen… -Kaffe beim Frühstück ungenießbar -zu wenig Servicepersonal – diese sind bemüht, jedoch überfordert, wir wurden am 5. Tag zum ersten Mal beim Essen gefragt, ob wir etwas trinken möchten Strand -Strandliegen vergammelt, zu wenige Schirme - diese sind teilweise defekt -stinkende Toiletten ohne Papier Sauberkeit Familienhotels sind natürlich besonders herausfordernd, jedoch sind dauerhaft schmutzige Teppiche in den Gängen und vor dem Lift nicht ok, Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien bei der Hotelbar dauerhaft komplett versifft, Tote Fliegen und Ungeziefer im Lichtschacht vor dem Lift usw.… Laut Angabe 2022 renoviert, Rinner und Farbkleckser überall vorhanden, Folie am Balkon blättert bereits wieder ab, kein Griff außen an der Balkontür um diese zu öffnen, offene Kabel am Weg zum Strand usw..
