    Falkonsteiner seam to be saving money on heating, this is not the only one, 2 others so far.

    Location and the staff are the greatest. Happy to help, always checking to see if you’re happy, or your presences.

    The room was cold and never really got warm. In the shower and sink room the floor was heated, not in the WC it was freezing, I’m glad it was not winter. You get 4 coffee capsules, for your complete stay, 2 are decaf, if you want more you have to buy them? €1.50 per capsule they cost the Hotel between €0.50 and €0.40 depending on the packages size. The pool water is advertised at 32-34c, it was maybe 25c or less. Relaxing rooms cold, again glad it wasn’t winter.
