    Nice but this place has to work hard to give a good house keeping service

    Nice location clean and the employees in the reception are helpful

    The house keeping there is very bad we had 5 problems with house keeping some of them about not cleaning the room well and one problem because they took our personal cups by mistake and the last problem was that they left our room door open after cleaning for 7 hours while we were outside the hotel

    Very bad experience

    First, I was surprised to find that parking was not complimentary. The parking area is located far from busy zones, and there are designated hotel spaces, so it was unexpected to be charged for it. Additionally, the internet service was not free. This was very unusual for me, as I have stayed in many hotels around the world and internet access has always been complimentary. Having to pay for basic Wi‑Fi was disappointing. Finally, an additional amount was withdrawn from my bank account that did not match the total provided at check‑in. It appears that the tax fee was added again, resulting in a higher charge than what was originally agreed upon. These issues made my stay far below expectations, and unfortunately, I will not be returning in the future.
