Comfortable, cosy and great location
Clean, comfortable and cosy and ideally located for exploring the area. We enjoyed seeing the deer and watching the garden birds on the feeder. Carolyn and Koos were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the lovely food pack and flowers on arrival

Scotlands small town gem
Absolutely amazing stay, such a beautiful home very inviting, relaxing and just what a weary traveler needs! We were greeted when we arrived, and with some homemade baked bread and a fire, which made it that much more special! The cottage was fully stocked with everything you could need. Wither you relax by the fire, or at the kitchen table watching the birds to enjoying a glass of wine in the gazebo . It was a slice of heaven! We absolutely loved our stay at Falls cottage and will certainly be back!

A perfect traditional cosy Scottish cottage break in the beautiful highlands
Beautiful old cottage, in a superb quiet and remote location, thoroughly equipped with everything you could possible require, including plenty of information about things to see and do in the local area. Traditional decor, furnishings and kitchen equipment including a range cooker; with some modern touches such as an air-fryer, coffee machine and Bluetooth speakers. Friendly attentive hosts who welcomed us on arrival and communicated well throughout. The cottage is just next to the host’s home, and has its own separate private garden and seating area - which is lovely. Great extra touches including fresh bread and jam and shortbread on arrival, and butter and milk in the fridge. There is a perfectly positioned bird feeder just outside the back window, which is a joy to watch whilst eating breakfast or sitting in the garden. Generally clean property despite some of the furnishings being a little dated.
If I was being picky - a little more attention to cleaning detail needed, dusty bedroom drawers, headboard and skirtings; crumbs in crockery and glassware cupboards and sticky fingerprints on cupboard door handles. This did not detract from the overall great property and holiday experience.
