    Overall, I was very impressed. Nothing to complain about!

    The staff went above and beyond my expectations, especially the gentleman who served me breakfast. He was very attentive and friendly.

    The outdoor pool is rather small, but that's just a minor point.

    Faloria Mountain Spa Resort offers a comfortable and relaxing escape after hiking in the Dolomites.

    The service in this hotel is wonderful with the front desk staff always willing to help and make suggestions. The included breakfast is very nice and Masimo went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed each morning at breakfast. The rooms were clean and very comfortable.

    The hotel is great overall but it would have been nice to be located right in Cortina and not to have to drive into the town for dinner and shops, however this was a very minor inconvenience. The hotel also offers a free shuttle bus into town however we just used our car.

    Loverly staff and great hotel and facilities. Staff make it worthwhile.........

    Lovely place. Great pool (a bit cold) and nice hot jacuzzi and nice sauna. Super friendly staff. Very nice lady at reception ANDREA and the breakfast guy Massimo was superb. Service with a smile! Nice room and also nice welcome gift for our anniversary! Thank you all. Lovely stay

    Garage use is against daily payment. Hadnt noticed this, Restuarant dinner very expensive and limited choice. But staff is super and very professional. I would have preferred eating out next time. Swimming pool water not too warm!
