    Lovely cute place to stay, perfect location for sightseeing around local area and with hot tub option to chill at the co

    Nice spacious Clean rooms Good cooking facilities Hot tub clean well looked after

    Hot tub is over looked by passers by Cleaners were very loud shouting to each other on morning out front

    For us it was perfect. Very central to what activities we wanted to do. Warwick Castle, alpaca walking and Stratford Up

    Very large corner sofa plus an extra sofa, us and the grandkids could relax when watching a film on the large TV. Grandkids loved the bedrooms, and the master room was spacious with plenty of storage. Table and chairs outside was perfect for meals, and the grandkids could step out of hot tub to have food, and we could relax whilst watching the girls in hot tub. Hosts were amazing when we realised we had left a new pair of trainers behind. We had another trip booked a few days later….they made sure the trainers were posted back to us in time - couldn’t have been more helpful!

    A very special place

    My friends and I have just spent a wonderful four nights in Falstaff Cottage. The track to the cottage is interesting but once we arrived it was superb. Linen tableware, plenty of cooking equipment etc, comfy beds spotless throughout the house and really quiet. About 5 minutes to the Park and Ride into Stratford and a little more to the village store in Wooten Wawen and the lovely Bulls Head. Jane was so helpful with all the information prior to our arrival , three exhausted Grannies had a lovely break !
