    Cozy apartment

    The house facilities are good, the size of the apartment is decent, whoever stays can perform laundry, cook and relax. Although the house is at a higher level, there is a lift provided. The apartment also provided two fans which helps to regulate the air and fasten the drying time of my laundry The host was nice and helpful.

    The parking location is not in the same building. One is required to walk from the designated parking area to the apartment. It is troublesome especially when it is raining and if you bring a large suitcase. During arrivals, the route was diverted as there is roadside works ongoing. Thankfully the owner informed and guided the location. Other than that, every time when we reached the ground floor of the apartment, the air was full of cigarettes smells, which is not as per my liking

    The city centre is walkable from the accommodation. Flat was spacious. Communication with the owner was good.

    The apartment building itself doesn't feel particularly cozy. The apartment was somehow clean, but there were signs of long-term neglect when it came to cleanliness. Flat definitely needs a refreshment.
