    Nothing

We had a confirmed booking, but upon arrival, everything went wrong. First, the listed address was incorrect—we only managed to locate the property thanks to listing photos and a helpful local. Second, the host refused to answer our calls and ignored our WhatsApp messages. When we arrived, other guests were already staying there. They pointed us to a woman living next door who had checked them in. She claimed to know nothing about our reservation and kicked us out, saying it was private property. Completely unacceptable experience.
