Lovely position, nice house but poor state of repair outside. Would not book again.

    Location, right on the beach

The outside areas are very tired and not maintained. There was a dangerous swing seat, one of the benches was unable to be used. The lounger cushions were dirty and falling apart. But the worst thing was the stairs at the side of the house were rotten. We had an accident where an elderly person fell through a rotten step which dropped about 4 feet. Injuries were sustained. We were very lucky that a hospital visit wasn’t needed. Despite reporting this to the agent and the owners, we were very disappointed at the response recieved. The agent’s office was only a mile away, but they couldn’t be bothered to visit to see if we were ok. Also after a month we have had no further contact to follow up on the accident. Would not book again.

    Very good

We loved the decking and garden furniture. The games room was great, especially when it rained. The annexe was good for grandparents to get away for a bit! It was all extremely well equipped.

The kitchen was too small. We hadn't realised the bedrooms were spread over 3 floors, which meant the children on the bunk beds were too far away from their parents. A television in the annexe would be good.
