    0 stars... Didn't even get to enter the property

    Nothing, we didn't end up being able to get into the property, as no information was shared.

    The property never sent any checkin or lock box information, and didn't respond to emails or messages. And the phone number provided was an incorrect number. Booking.com wouldn't to deal with cancelling the booking without a fee until past 10pm at night, which left me and 2 other members of the party, stranded with nowhere to stay and having to drive around to hotels at 10pm at night trying to find alternative accommodation. Luckily we did, however we then had to pay a lot more money to cover the 2 nights we needed to stay, and had the added stress of concern that we wouldn't have any accommodation for the evening.

    Property needs repair but clean

    It was clean

    The property is not as expected. The walls are covered in cracks, marks etc. carpet has stains. Not good enough. Fed up of properties not as advertised.
