  Disappointing stay due to smoke odor and maintenance issues.

  We stayed here for one night, but unfortunately, the experience was quite uncomfortable, and we decided to check out early the next morning. ​Upon entering, there was a strong, lingering cigarette smoke odor throughout the entire unit. When I inquired with the host, they confirmed it was a smoke-free property and sent a cleaner to resolve the issue. However, the cleaner only sprayed some deodorizer, which did not help much as the smoke smell had already penetrated the sofa and beds. The persistent odor was very difficult to tolerate, especially for my daughter, who couldn't sleep well and felt itchy during the night. ​There are also several areas regarding cleanliness and maintenance that need improvement. The bedsheets felt slightly sticky, and the bed frame was very unstable—any movement would easily wake the person sleeping next to it. In the living room, one of the two air conditioners was out of order, while the other was quite noisy. Additionally, although the unit has three bathrooms, only one bottle of body wash and one roll of toilet paper were provided to share among them. On a positive note, the water pressure in the bathrooms was excellent. ​I hope the host takes this feedback constructively to improve the ventilation, cleanliness, and amenities for future guests.

  Whilst it was a spacious and convenient apartment it was dirty. I will not be staying here again!

  The location was good with easy access to shops and eateries. Liked that all rooms had an attached en-suite. Working aircon units in all bedrooms.

  The bathrooms were dirty with stained shower screen glass and mirrors....for >RM300 I have stayed in much nicer serviced apartments in KL. There was no provision of extra toilet paper. The floors were dirty in the bathroom with hair. Only one set of keys were provided....this is absolutely unacceptable as how can you have a 3 BR unit but only one set of keys??

  sangat memuaskan

  aircond memamg sejuk..semua menarik, dekat dengan temat makan dan pusat membeli belah, ada tempat bowling, cinema. ruangan bilik yang sangat besar boleh muat 12 orang.
