  Soggiorno per festa di laurea

  Appartamento in posizione centrale, ben isolato grazie agli infissi nuovi. Vicino a tutti I servizi, supermercato ben fornito di fronte. Non c'e' possibilita' di parcheggiare , ma servito da bus. E' molto spazioso , noi eravamo in 6 . Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in occasione della laurea di mio figlio.

  La struttura necessita di un restiling piuttosto consistente: dipingere I muri, sistemare serramenti interni, alcune prese di corrente, tavoletta wc, sgabelli in cucina da sostituire. Un po' di difficolta' con le chiavi per l' ingresso del portone principale del palazzo. ( Portone vecchio e chiave che gira a fatica)In cucina mancano tovagliette, strofinacci e stracci x pulire anche solo il tavolo. Ho Trovato un piumino letto macchiato e dunque inutilizzabile. Il divano letto in soggiorno ha un materasso davvero scomodo per dormire. Pulizia del balcone esterno lascia a desiderare: tavolo e sedia da smaltire...la lavatrice...funziona? La comunicazione per Le procedure di check in con agenzia intermediaria farraginosa e non tempestiva. Grosso limite per me che avevo tempistiche da gestire indipendenti Dalla mia volonta'. ( meglio telefonare direttamente all' agenzia : Sono efficienti!)

  Centrally located, once-elegant apartment was a good place to sleep, but most of the amenities for a longer, more comfor

  The location was convenient - halfway between the train station and the attractions. The apartment was big and it had a working elevator. The host that met us gave us some good recommendations.

  There was no hot water after our first night. Over half the lights in the bathroom didn’t work and the light in one of the bedrooms only worked sometimes. Some of the plugs were damaged and didn’t work. One of the bedrooms didn’t have a doorknob on the inside, and the other bedroom’s door wouldn’t stay closed. It was advertised as having AC but the AC didn’t work the whole time we were there. The part of the washer where you put the detergent looked broken so we didn’t chance trying to wash our clothes as we had planned.
