The property was largely as described. The beds were very small for queen size - more like doubles and the garden was unkept. Several cupboards and areas (including the shed, pantry etc. were locked off reducing the amenity of the house for maximum occupancy). There was no vacuum or broom for cleaning and minimum other cleaning gear. There were little to no additional products/services (e.g. condiments/oil/pepper/salt etc.) which we have come to expect to allow for first nights cooking. The stove is very old and difficult to achieve any reasonable level of heat control.
Garden tidy up. Larger beds. Some additional initial cooking condiments and small milk/coffee available. Drier in laundry and wifi access. Access to the shed would be a nice touch for secure parking.

Spacious living with great view
Spacious, clean, great view of NY eve fireworks. Easily house 2 families.
Fragile living room furniture. Stovetop took a long time to heat up. Lack of basic inclusions like tea, coffee, salt, pepper.
