    - view, location, sofa bed in the living room, good water pressure in the shower, oven

    - Being forced to either pay 25 EUR non-refundable "damage waiver" or have 500 EUR blocked as a deposit. This was not communicated via booking, but was done through a two-step "guest check-in" outside of booking.com. I was too scared that it was a scam that I did not choose the 500 EUR blocked deposit - Only superficially clean (i.e. windows and glass door very dirty, balcony full of sand, balcony table not wiped, oven very dirty, dishwasher sieve not clean) and lots of minor things not working (i.e. non-stick pans very scratched, toilet handle loose, toilet seat loose, tiny spot of mold on the bathroom floor/door due to the water of the shower going there with no possibility to stop it...) so that I spent almost two days documenting the damaged /unclean things I saw - No real contact with whoever is managing the place; they did not even state their name and made it very clear that no direct communication, i.e. calls are supposed to happen - tram is quite loud - location of the double bed right next to the front door in the hallway was problematic. The bed also makes a lot of noise when turning. The mattress in the bedroom is worn-out and far too soft - very thick duvets which caused major allergic reactions to my daughter who is allergic to dustmites - no broom or wiping cloth provided, no cork bottle remover, only one dish towel
