    Not the best by a long way - particularly in terms of communication.

    Location of property.

    Very poor communication from host, before and during stay. I had to spend an hour calling Booking.com help line to find out how to access the property just the day before I travelled which was very unsatisfactory. Beds in room with single beds were very uncomfortable. There are sharp raised screws in floorboards in kitchen, especially one in front of cooker - which could cut someone’s foot to shreds if you walked barefoot in the kitchen. Particularly dangerous for a child.

    We enjoyed a three generation family holiday in Exmouth and this home. Thank you for a lovely end to the summer holiday

    Great decor - made us smile! Grandkids enjoyed playing with the toys provided. Big kitchen for family meals and chit chat: comfortable beds and the blind in the upstairs double was amazing - complete black out for a good night’s sleep.Home is close to sea front, Manor Park and Bumble and Bee a favourite cafe of ours, as well as town and the train station.. Host was very helpful and responded really quickly to our queries.

    Living room was a little snug for 6 of us. The en-suite is off the kids bedroom which made it out of bounds for the rest of the family once they were in bed. Kids however loved it! Very squeaky floor board on first floor landing bedroom, which disturbed those early to bed.

    Exceptionally clean, great location and spacious

    Perhaps some storage / drawers in the bedrooms?
