    The pictures make the place look immaculate and I’m sure at one point that is what it looked like. But they are not keep

    I liked that we were able to house 16 people. With the price we paid. It had a large kitchen.

    The hot tub was included in our stay. But apparently to heat that hot tub you had to pay for it to be heated, 48 hours in advance and 39 dollars a day. Which advertising a hot tub that should automatically be hot and it not being hot is a bit odd. The car that is in the kids room that’s advertised in the picture as VR does not work. When bringing this up the owner stated it’s there for looks. The house was humid the air worked slightly, but not at all good for Florida weather. Thankfully we all brought our fans. The house was beyond filthy. Before the rest of my family got there. I cleaned it from top to bottom and every Lysol wipe used was brown. The carpet is beyond disgusting which is all over the house, sticky and beyond gross to walk on. Lastly if you’re planning to go with family/small children know that this development is a party area. People partying and smoking weed right in the back yard(not against it) but didn’t enjoy my kids and nieces being outside next to that while they were trying to swim and hang out. The owner was very kind. When bringing up the air and hot tub issue. She gladly sent a maintenance man out to take a look. At this time the hot tub had been emptied which not sure how this happened but it did. Before he came the pool was very warm. When he came to fill the hot tub back up he then turned the heat off at this time. When we would have gladly added that cost onto our stay if we would have known that’s how the HOT tub could be heated.
