    - greeting package of water, champagne and sweets - plenty of towels - modern washing machine, stove - convenient shower - good design - nice home perfume - baby bed, baby chair, toys, height steps, toilet seat for kids accessibility

    - bed mattress height/stiffness, sleeping several days in a row makes back hurt
