  Family guest house is true to its name- Wonderful hosts and hospitality

  The property is as advertised- very clean, pretty spacious, hosts are friendly, helpful and will make you feel right at home. They were proactively communicating with us and helped us with any issues we had. Their handpicked fruits from the garden added a personal touch to our stay.

  the room itself was clean the host was available to check-in at night, when we arrived by train

  the bathroom is awful. smells very bad and there's a shower made to have a curtain that was not there. When you took a shower, all the water spread on the floor and there was no way to let it dry. this leads to a very bad smell in the bathroom. the sink is way too little. it was not possible to wash your face without also washing your feet the position is really bad if you're there for just a couple of days. It's like 20 minutes by taxi from the main tourist attraction the host is really rude. When we made the check-in in the middle of the night he insisted to be payed in that precise moment. We told him that we didn't have cash at the moment (he didn't want to be paid with the card) and told him that we would pay him the day after. He proposed (like at 3am) to get us to an atm to withdraw the cash. In the morning he knocked on the door to get his money and wanted to get in the room. It was early and still we didn't have time to go to an atm. It went like this until we finally succeeded in withdrawing the cash. Also, he was the only one in all uzbekistan to ask for a 6 dollars 'registration fee', additional to all the other taxes asked with the original booking. wifi is not working well It's a 'guesthouse', but there's nothing about family warmth in this structure. No breakfast (just some fruit on the day we arrived), no laundry, no smiles.

  Отличное соотношение цена качество. Расположение удобное , рядом остановка транспорта и достаточно магазинов и кафе Самое ценное тут конечно хозяева! Очень хорошие люди, гостеприимные . Готовы помочь в любом вопросе. Подсказали и по достопримечательностям куда и как добраться , и фруктами ,орехами со своего сада угощали. Мы в восторге и полны благодарности. Комната чистая, полотенца великолепного качества , постельное чистое. Надеюсь мы сюда еще вернёмся

  The host is nice and helpful, he drove us to the atm and near by restaurant for free, also the rooms were clean and big and have AC also it is quite at night, i would recommend this place.
