    Well euipped for a family gathering

    The house was very well equipped for our family gathering. We experienced some poor weather - but the cinema room and games provided made for a cosy Saturday afternoon in the house.

    Neutal and bit dis appointed because we couldn’t enjoy the facilities

    Facilities .

    There were too many rules for property like , bins, no noise about 68db at night and 78sb in morning. Property and host were helpful and understanding. It should have been mentioned that the noise alarms are set up and also what db is allowed to be so we would have not booked it, that was real annoying and owner was texting because of noise , we booked for 10 person so its obvious that there will be some level on noise when we sit together o unnecessary noise when i checked in app for when normal breathing was around 55 db and normal talk was 68 db for one person so that is really need to be mention for future who book this place. This place is not for fun… And that is all because its terrace property. Otherwise property is maintained good clean owner is good as well.

    The house was everything we needed, Loved the fact that every cupboard/drawer was labelled so we weren't searching for everything we needed, also the multitude of bathrooms/toilets were a godsend!

    I would have liked a bit more transparency at the booking process regarding the house being fitted with a noise monitor, the quiet hours (11pm until 8am) were a bit of a challenge with 3 children under 5 who wake early full of life! Also, on arrival being informed that using the bbq would incur an extra charge for gas usage and cleaning, if you advertise garden with bbq please let people know that this will coat extra please.

    The property was suitable for people of all ages.

    Everything was great. The only minor issue was that we were asked not to make noise or talk loudly after 10:00 p.m., even though it was a Saturday night. We completely understood and respected the house rules, so we moved our girls' night gathering to the cellar to avoid disturbing anyone. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.
