    Nice spot, but not clean enough and too tired to be renting out

    Lovely spot great views,. Peter communicated well on a regular basis

    Needs a much higher standard of cleanliness. The sofas are tired and marked heavily. The bathroom was dirty with mould on the blinds at the top. The kitchen is acceptable but tired with handles off and units are tired and scratched. The drier wouldn't dry until we realised the tray was full of water and was smelling, we shouldn't have to fix appliances. There was a slight musty smell throughout. Overall just about acceptable but would not stay again there.

    Lovely house for a large family group with plenty of space in a great location with fabulous views!

    Perfect for 6 adults. Great to have two living spaces with lots of comfy sofas and a spectacular view. Great location and extremely clean.

    A mirror in each room would have been very helpful- there is only one in the landing area outside the bedrooms. The fourth bedroom/study could do with a bedside table and somewhere to hang clothes. The dishwasher takes forever!

    Newlyn is very good for eating out, with quite a variety of options. Also the local Film House is excellent, with great

    Fantastic location with a truly stunning view. One could sea looking down on the beach and the town. Very nice bathroom and shower room, comfortable beds.

    The kitchen cupboards are a little dated and have been painted, which has worn somewhat, especially around the handles. It is s minor detail, as the property is very good.

    Perfect house for a family stay

    Peter was a fantastic host - great communication throughout. The house is amazing - such a stunning location and only a short walk from the village with great amenities. The walk is very hilly but we loved it - and it makes for some stunning views! The house is lovely and spacious, beautiful garden and three toilets which is a bonus when you have 2 young children! We had such a fantastic time. It was a great base for exploring other areas too - St Michaels mount, Lands End, St Ives, Mousehole. And being able to park right outside the property is great.

    Nothing to dislike!
