  The location was great, the house was lovely. Games for the kids, beds comfortable, bathrooms clean. Decorated nicely and provided all the kitchen accessories needed. Blankets on the bed and heating easy to use. The bedrooms were lovely. Bedside lamps, hairdryer, iron, all the things you forget you need when your away.

  The stairs. As said in many other reviews, the house is split across 4 levels, kitchen has its own floor, then up to lounge and bathroom, then up to 2x bedroom and bathroom with shower then up again to 2x bedrooms, 1 with ensuite. Then 4th set of stairs are VERY steep, my daughter slipped and really hurt herself. The light on this landing is automatic, obviously so nobody attempts the stairs in the dark but its very annoying in the middle of the night as its trigger from the landing below as well. Its a beautiful house but the practicality is questionable. There is also no storage in the bedrooms, only about 5 coat hangers per person, which again isnt practical for 5 days worth of clothes.

  Lovely property in a lovely location .

  Really lovely, clean and well looked after. Location is great and decor is tasteful

  Stairs were so steep to the two attic rooms. Hadn’t anticipated how steep they would be.

  You must stay here!

  Everything!!! Felt at home as soon as we arrived. It was decorated beautifully 😍

  Had difficulty getting into the key box but the host was amazing and sorted it out immediately.

  We made the best of it, as it was perfect for a girls weekend

  Very well presented, altogether a nice house.

  The stairs, they were too steep and had I known, I would not have booked it. The area was a little run down, but it was great to join in the bandstand’s 125 year celebration was brilliant and an unexpected addition to our stay.

  Great house, close to the beach and all amenities! Clean and beautifully presented with nice little extras!

  Great location, well presented, large comfortable rooms and loved the little extras like toiletries and games to play!

  For our group the kitchen was cosy but was well equipped (best non-stick oven tray and pans!!!) and didn’t affect how much we loved the house overall!
