Loved the layout of the house and the family games room down stairs. Great for a big group with older kids that can entertain themselves
The upstairs couches could do with an upgrade, but a minor issue. Still very comfortable

Really family friendly house.especially with young kids. Good amenities. Kids had ample room outside to play & ride their bikes. Games room catered to different ages. Beds were suprisingly comfortable. Walking distance to the foreshore, golf club, local shops. The stove top was awesome, boiled water quickly.
Few things we think would improve the house, but not a deal breaker & we would stay again - Light above the Dining table (very hard to see what you are eating when there is no natural light) no big issue as there is seating around the island with good light -BBQ cleaning tools/equipment- we went to use it and it was not clean. - The kettle in the kitchen had rust. We did not use it. We boiled water in a pot for our cuppas

Booking for 6 adults +4 kids: The kids enjoyed the play room and have their own place to hang out. The kitchen facilites are complete with cooking utensils and kitchenware upstairs. Downstairs there is also a BBQ , we use it for lobsters. Beds are comfortable. Clean toilets. Washing machine with drier is very handy. Good location 2mins from the beach. Good beach views while cooking.
Improvement : Need to use the shower one at a time because of slow water. Suggestion -brighter lights on the dining table area .

Great place for a group with a very cool games room
We had a blast in the games room, loved the sea view from the kitchen and there was ample space for the 6 of us. The garden was nice too, we even got a visit from a kangaroo! Communication with Mandy was great, there were a few issues but they mostly got sorted over the phone. Would definitely stay here again when in Kalbarri!
It could have been a bit cleaner over all but it was clean in the places that matter, like bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen.
