    Wir haben 2 Nächte in der Wohnung verbracht, Die Innenstadt ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und die Donau ist vor der Tür, Für 14€ am Tag konnten wir mit der App in der Nähe das Auto ins Parkhaus stehen lassen, In der Wohnung ist ein großerTisch und eine gut ausgestatten Küche, Die Betten waren bequem.

    Während unseres Besuch waren 38 und 36 Grad Celcius Aussentemperatur. Die 3 mobilen Klimageräte können nur bei geöffneten Fenster betrieben werden, was bei einer Wohnung an einer stark befahreren Kreuzung nicht funktioniert. Eines der Geräte ist nach kurzer Betriebszeit so heiß geworden, dass wur es ausschalten nussten Dadurch konnten wir nicht beide Schlafzimmer nutzten und die restlichen 2 Geräte hatten sehr große Mühe die Küche und das große Schlafzimmer zu kühlen. Beim benutzen des Flur und WC ,wie auch des Bad kam man sich daher vor wie in einer Sauna vor. Die Wohnung ist aus unserer Sicht bei Aussentenperaturen die eine Klimaankage benötigt nicht bewohnbar. Eine der Fensterleibung war stark verschimmelt und die Tepiiche und die Vorhänge stark verdreckt. Die Raindance konnte nicht benutzt werden, weil der Drehknopf beschädigt war und dadurch dass diese nur auf knapp 1,85 Höhe montiert ist, werden große Menschen diese nicht nutzen klnnen. Die Dichtung der Dusche war auch stark verschnuzt.. Alles weitere in den Bildern.

    Great location, but unfortunately the hygiene was terrible. Don't recommend the place.

    Great location!

    Dust buildup behind the curtains, and the carpets were extremely dirty. We also had an urgent issue with the keys, and after we contacted the host, he simply turned off his phone and became unreachable. I would not recommend this place, especially for families with children.
