Würden nicht wieder dieses Apparment buchen.
Lage war okay, fußläufig Tram und U-Bahn erreichbar. Kostenpflichtige Parkplätze in der Nähe (300m) 18€/Tag. 1/3 Bett war bequem.
2/3 Bett knarrten Waschmaschine undicht Einrichtung defekt Türrahmen an einer Tür zerstört 1 Kleiderschrank fiel fast auseinander beim öffnen Lärm draußen durch Anwohner bis 2-3 Uhr nachts Samstag 8:30 Uhr Stemmarbeiten im Haus ohne Ankündigung oder Aushang

Location, size of the apartment
We booked the apartment as Fan appeared in the facilities. But when we checked in Fan was not available. During that heat. It's very difficult to stay. This is the biggest draw back in this property.

Good value for money. We recommend it.
We stayed here for three nights. The apartment is relatively small but has everything you need. It is well equipped with all the necessary amenities that you need. Everything is new and fully working, although not luxury. The beds were comfortable. too. We recommend it for a stay of a few days in Vienna for great price. Check-in and check-out was very good and the instructions were very good too.
It was very very hot when we stayed (35c) and the apartment was very hot. No air-condition, only fans. But, they never said that they have air condition and it is not their fault that the weather was hot. Other than that, no complaints.
