  Great location, lovely spacious house, slept so well.

  Lovely spacious property in a great location. Easy to park, and the beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on

  Really poor, ruined my 40th birthday weekend.

  The location and size of the property.

  The staff promised me that you could open the windows in the living room when they were broken and didn't open. We had a baby with us and we needed to be able to regulate the temperature. It was too late to find another place to stay for our whole family a dog for my 40th so we had to ensure the house which also had water damage in the kitchen, a shower barely big enough for anyone. To escape the heat we couldn't even enjoy the garden as there was no furniture and the stairs leading into the garden were breeze blocks unsafely balanced. Also lamps did not work and there was not enough cutlery. Wet towel from cleaners were left in the washing machine and the place was very clean. The only thing good was the location and the beds, they were comfy.

  Great fun with plenty of space and comfy beds.

  The location was fantastic - close to Lark Lane with some lovely restaurants, pubs and bars. Also only a short Uber ride into Liverpool. Nice and peaceful, plenty of parking :)

  The house is a little tired and could do with updating to be fair. There was no hanging space anywhere for clothes - just a few old hooks on the back of the bedroom doors, and about 3 hangers! It's a beautiful property that really could do with better lighting and just made to feel a bit cosier. The shower room is ok - it's all clean etc, but just a bit tired and basic. There was only 1 key and when some of the rest of the group stayed out a bit later, we had an issue where you couldn't lock the front door from inside without the key (which had to be left in the lockbox obviously so the rest of the party could get in later) Other than that, it really was a great location with plenty of space, comfy beds and lovely bed linen. Also only 6 forks (8 of us staying!) Just could do with a bit of TLC. Thank you though, it was a last minute stay for 4 nights and we had a great time in Liverpool.

  Fantastic location, just needs a few tweaks to make it perfect.

  Loved the location, comfort, good bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, space to chill downstairs…

  It’s less about we didn’t like & more about what would have enhanced our stay. There were 8 of us, the property would benefit from more dining furniture - a few more chairs & a slightly bigger table would be great. The windows in the living room did not open. They have the sun on them all day so the room became very warm. A property for 8 people wld benefit hugely from a dishwasher; provision of a dish cloth & tea towel wld also be very handy. The furniture outdoors is broken & dangerous. It needs to be replaced before someone has an accident. Finally some coat hangers would be greatly appreciated in the bedrooms.
