Comfortable. Good layout. Kitchen facilities good. Pool and hot tub good. There was a problem with the hot tub resulting in a maintenance man being needed but it was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Air con didn’t seem to work correctly, particularly overnight. House generally needs maintenance- eg door handles mostly broken. Main criticism is that there were lots of rules and threats (eg you must….. or you will lose your deposit) but virtually no helpful instructions (ie how to heat the hot tub, adjust the air con, house alarm, etc).
