Had a few issues but easily sorted. Lovely area to stay in and wish we had time to explore more.
Nice area. Good size bedrooms. Key in an easy place to locate. Good shower. Light and airy, good fridge, freezer. Large kitchen.
Trains a bit noisy as had windows open due to it being extremely hot weather. The house is sold and this reflected in its upkeep. Basic tho reasonable. Struggled to open wardrobe door. Stairs steep for older age groups.

Perfect home from home for our New Year trip away.
Great location. House lovely and warm. 2 very comfortable beds. Nice kitchen and lounge.
A couple of minor repairs needed but didn’t spoil the stay.

Spacious detached house, quiet area, functional for short stay - close to Rochester
Location was very good, short drive into Rochester centre. Heating was good, on quiet housing estate, good off road parking.
Not a case of not liking anything in particular. Property quite spacious, functional and we had a nice stay. Window blind in main bathroom was broken and reported to owner. But didn’t really detract from our stay

Leaves much to be desired……does not match advertised description
Tv not working Garden needed mowing ( done on our last day Cookware was old and non stick peeling off and stained Two kitchen cabinets broken and taped up No garden chairs Couch supports broken x3 Supplied one towel each! Front garden garbage and many weeds in tiles Kitchen dining tile floor very dirty No bath mat for shower

Mooi ruim huis op fantastische plek
Het huis staat in een mooie wijk op wandel afstand van Rochester centrum en het treinstation naar Londen. Het huis is ruim en met 2 badkamers en 2 toiletten comfortabel. Bedden sliepen prima, en de tuin is ook fijn (hoewel niet onderhouden en geen tuinmeubilair). Een eigen parkeerplek is heel fijn.
De voorzieningen vielen wat tegen. Er is heel beperkt bestek en servies, zodat je steeds moet afwassen. (Wel met vaatwasser). Potten en pannen zijn krom en versleten. De tv gaf een blauw uitgeslagen kleur, en het meubilair is karig. De kastdeurtjes in de grote keuken vielen er af. Op verzoek werd wel snel gereageerd voor een extra mes en vork, een schone theedoek en afwasborstel. De reparatie van de tv is niet gelukt.
