    confusing check-in, unclean room

    Location was good.

The building is very old, and check-in was a mess. The host sent only directions from the street, with no floor number or apartment details. When we called at around 11 pm to ask, he was clearly irritated, as if we had woken him up. He then sent a video of which floor to go to, but the door he showed us was the wrong one. We ended up trying our key in other guests' doors, and one guest yelled at us. We had to try every door before we found ours, and we didn't dare call the host again. The room had not been properly cleaned. There were two items of a previous guest's clothing in the wardrobe drawer. The host removed them the next day, which was quick, but the room was never cleaned. We only had a very thin sheet, so we told the host we were cold. He brought a duvet, which did solve the cold, but it was very dirty, and he didn't give us a duvet cover. We had to lay it directly over the sheet, and we spent the night trying not to let our bodies touch it. The hot water was unreliable and ran out halfway through my shower. The room was basic overall, including the bad-quality sink and shower area, and it smelled of cigarette smoke. The host did respond quickly once we contacted him, but the lack of clear check-in instructions, the cleanliness issues, and the poor facilities made this a disappointing stay. I can't recommend it.

Très bon emplacement et très propre. L'hôte est très réactive. La chambre était très calme. Le lit est très bien.

La chambre est sombre. Aucune porte entre la chambre et la salle de bains.
