    Sehr freundlicher persönlicher Empfang und Verabschiedung durch Franziska. Optimale Metroanbindung. 15 Min. zu Fuß zum Petersplatz. Ruhige Nächte, gutes Bett. Nach 4 Tagen schon frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher.

    Schwaches WiFi.

    Almost 200€/night in order to not get any sleep.

    The property was clean, comfortably large and the lady very polite. She even allowed us to do early check in and late check out.

    The property was on the ground floor which was not clearly mentioned in the description. There was no privacy as people walking by could literally see through the windows so we had the shutters closed all the time. Worst of all was that it is just opposite a car repair workshop and the noise from the place which was opening early in the morning and the people at night would not let us sleep. There was also no air-con so if we’d close the windows we could not sleep either due to the heat. Basically we paid 180 euros per night in order to stay awake for three nights with a little child. Not worth it.

    Exceptional

    The Hostess was very friendly and helpful. She speaks fluent English. She met us right on time on the day of checking in and helped us with all the pertinent information. She even helped us with arranging the ride to the airport. The place is steps away from the Metro and tons of places to eat. Market and stores are nearby. Accommodation is roomy and clean. The kitchen is good.
