    Basic apartment in Vienna

    Clean and spacious apartment with good WiFi and espresso machine.

    No coffee capsules Not well maintained, dirty walls, very old entrance door and the inside doors didn’t slide properly. Very bad smoking odour upon the check in

    Die Wohnung selbst entspricht zwar weitgehend den Bildern, die Bilder vermitteln insgesamt aber einen deutlich besseren Eindruck, als man vor Ort tatsächlich vorfindet. Das Wohnhaus und insbesondere die Allgemeinbereiche waren stark heruntergekommen, ungepflegt und sehr unangenehm. Man fühlt sich dort weder wohl noch sicher. Dazu kam die deutlich beschädigte Wohnungstür mit starken Spuren im Schlossbereich, die bei uns zusätzlich erhebliche Sicherheitsbedenken ausgelöst hat. Wir haben die Unterkunft deshalb noch am Anreisetag verlassen und auf eigene Kosten ein Hotel gebucht. Eine Erstattung wurde trotz Beschwerde abgelehnt.
