    Very cosy apartment with everything you need for a stay that is longer than just one or two days. To point out is the exceptionally good support, every extra wish or even small issue was resolved directly and very professionell no matter the time and even on Sundays. I can only recommend to stay in this apartment if you want

    The pictures of the apartment show a meeting room with beamer and a swimming pool which are not in the house (the pool) or included in the apartment (the meeting room) which is not mentioned in the description

    Soggiorno disastroso

    Non mi è piaciuto assolutamente nulla per l’esperienza negativa creata.

    Non mi è piaciuto: -Prenoti per tre persone e ti viene richiesta una tassa in più per la terza persona. -la vista,c’era scritto vista lago ma era vista cimitero. - il pagamento ti viene data l’opzione di pagare in struttura senza carta ma non hanno una reception e quindi ti mandano un link per pagare aggirando i pagamenti protetti su Booking così loro sono coperti da ogni cosa. -c’è scritto che c’è la piscina ma non viene specificato che non è in struttura, quando ti danno le indicazioni d’accesso non viene neache nominata la parola piscina con le indicazione d’accesso o dove è posizionata accedere.
