Struttura vicina al centro,pulita,completa di accessori,Acettano i cani senza pagamento. Self check-in pratico e veloce, i proprietari non sono presenti fisicamente ma sempre disponibili per qualsiasi necessità.

Žohari, suteren i problemi sa izdavanjem računa / Cockroaches, basement apartment, reciept problems
Lokacija je ok.
Stan ima žohare. Pisali smo prijavu na tu temu, domaćini su rekli nekog poslati, ali nisu nikog i na kraju su poslali samo preparate iz prodavnice koji ne rade ništa. Pored toga, u odnosu na slike, stan je užasno mračan. Nalazi se u suterenu i čak i kad se sva svjetla upale, jednostavno je mračno jer je gotovo podrumski. I na kraju smo imali problem sa dobijanjem računa. Domaćini su se prvo danima izvlačili, iako je smještaj plaćen već prije mjesec dana, a onda su izmislili da je razlika između cijene koju smo mi platili i cijene koju je Booking njima platio izmišljena boravišna taksa u iznosu znatno većem od iznosa koliko je mogla iznositi boravišna taksa koja je uključena već u cijenu ionako. Boravišna taksa za 2 osobe u Zagrebu je mogla iznositi 18,6€, a oni su poslali dodatni račun na 69,84€, što je razlika između iznosa koji je Booking njima uplatio i iznosa koliko je plaćen smještaj. We filed a complaint about this issue; the hosts said they would send someone, but they didn’t send anyone and eventually only sent store-bought products that did nothing. In addition, compared to the photos, the apartment is extremely dark. It is located in the basement, and even when all the lights are turned on, it is simply dark because it is almost underground. Finally, we had a problem obtaining a receipt. The hosts initially avoided the issue for days, even though the accommodation had been paid for a month in advance, and then they made up a claim that the difference between the price we paid and the amount Booking paid them was a fabricated tourist tax, in an amount significantly higher than what the tourist tax could have been—and which was already included in the price anyway. The tourist tax for two people in Zagreb could have been €18.60, yet they sent an additional invoice for €69.84, which is exactly the difference between the amount Booking paid t
