  Safety and view, location

  The air conditioning and smart TV box were not functioning, which made my stay uncomfortable. I was also disappointed to find that the shuttle to the pools stopped running at 4:30 PM. Given that it was a holiday during the festive season, I believe it should have operated until at least 6:30 PM. Additionally, please advise future guests that the Valley of Pools does not allow access with personal vehicles. Arranging an Uber in and out is also a stringent process at the security gates. I hope these issues are considered and addressed for future guests.

  My stay was horrible this time around, staff provided substandard service on such an expensive place, I’m very disappoin

  The property is beautiful and have beautiful ecstatics

  The security at the gate and the staff in general they seem to not have knowledge to certain things when u ask e.g my daughter booked at mangwanani dream spa inside Zimbali, and when we asked the the reception at the capital Hotel, for the location they told us that there is only one mangwanani spa at Zimbali and that is at the Capital Hotel, which we later discovered it was not true, we almost missed our appointment. On the second of Jan we stayed the whole day with the dirty house, we were told that they were busy and they would come to clean. Basically it means you were understaff knowing exactly that ur suites were fully booked therefore u should have more staff on the day, mind you on the 1st there were no cleaning services provided which is understandable because it was a holiday, but why not have enough staff to do the job on the 2nd. This was my second stay at the Zimbali suites and to my surprise we were told when we got there that we no longer allowed to enter at the Capital hotel pool side, unless you were booked at the Capital Hotel they told us that we had to pay R350 per person on each day we wanted to go and relax at the pool side, I booked for 3 days family of 4 and I had to pay that amount of money everyday, rules changed now and then, but it would be only fair when you inform your clients of such changes as it may affect their budget. Lastly there is a deposit amount of breakage that you pay prior to your visit that you receive back after your stay, tell me why our hosts is not responding to my what’s up with regards to my refund basically she’s blue ticking me and I’m supposed to be okay with it after paying so much money for my stay there… wow!!!!
