  very dissapointed

  great location,close to shops restaurants and bars

  We stayed at this property 3–4 years ago when it was called Heart of Athens, and at that time we had a very good experience so we decided to return.Unfortunately, this stay was completely different and very disappointing. We stayed in the ground-floor apartment. You cannot open the windows or curtains because people walking by on the street can see directly inside. This didn’t bother us too much since we were out most of the day, but it’s something guests should know. We arrived after midnight and discovered that the air conditioning/heating was not working. It was the first week of January, and the temperature in Athens at night was around 9°C, so the apartment was very cold. We contacted the person responsible, who said nothing could be done until the next day, which we understood. However, when we asked for extra blankets or covers, we were told this was not possible because they didn’t have any. Letting guests, especially children, sleep in a cold apartment without providing extra blankets is unacceptable. My husband and I slept on the sofa bed, which was very hard and covered only with a simple sheet—there was no proper protective mattress cover. Cleanliness was a major issue: Towels were stained (some yellow, some white), and during our 5-night stay we received only one big and one small towel per person, with no changes. No one came to clean the apartment, empty the trash, mop the floor, or provide fresh towels during our stay. Even if this is not a hotel, this level of service for a 5-day stay is not acceptable. The bathroom smelled terrible!! Bathroom tiles were not properly cleaned, the toilet seat was loose, the wall heater was dirty, and the toilet floor mat was damaged from excessive chlorine use. Pans were scratched,Cooking rings were dirty,The TV screen is damaged (dead pixels), small, and uncomfortable to watch Wi-Fi is extremely slow; I had to use my own 5G internet the entire time.   We left the apartment because of smell of dampness and dirty toilet

  Nothing, it was disgusting, very dirty

  Terrible experience – do NOT book The apartment was in absolutely horrible condition. The toilet was dirty and clearly not cleaned. There was hair all over the sofa, which was disgusting. The whole place smelled of dampness and mold — the smell was awful and unbearable. It was impossible to stay there, so we had to leave immediately. Despite the apartment being completely unacceptable, the host refused to refund our money. This was a waste of time, money, and caused a lot of stress. I strongly do NOT recommend this place or this host. Avoid at all costs.

  Frühstück gibt es in der Staße um die Ecke. Alle Stein-Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die U-Bahn ist ebenfalls in der Nähe

  Es hat im Zimmer seltsam gerochen und die Fenster konnten wegen kaputter innenliegender Rollos nicht richtig geöffnet werden.
