Comfortable and above average.
Great location. Plenty of comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. It was nice to have a washer and dryer available.
There were some issues with the heater and the house was uncomfortably warm. It apparently was fixed but we still had to leave the windows open which led to an increase in street noise during the night.

The place was dirty, uncomfortable and had a sewer backup! Thank goodness we were there for onlyb2 days!
The location was close to the town center.
The entrance was very dirty snd full of spider webs. The interior of the house was dusty. The mattress weren’t comfortable and the pillows were hard as rocks. The worst part was that the sewer line backed up into the bathtub and toilets. We couldn’t use the bathrooms the last night that we were there.

The property has been neglected , upon arrival it was not clean. There were gnats and bugs throughout the home. Wet towels were left in the dryer which we had to rewash. The dishwasher was left full. Upon arrival you should expect the property to be clean

The proximity to the town and mountains. Comfy beds. Good coffee selection.
I did not like the fact that there was no water and at first the host said it wasn’t going to get fixed for 1-2 days. So 1-2 days with out showering and flushing toilets ??? Unacceptable. It should of been fixed right away. Plus we were only there for 3 days total. The first night should be refunded due to the inconvenience. We had to melt ice to flush the toilets. You can’t expect 6 people to be In a house with out water. Specially when you are paying for a short term rental. The water was re stored by mid morning the next day. Furthermore, either the boiler or something else makes a clunking noise when it turns on. That noise is REALLY loud in the first floor bedroom and it is impossible to sleep. I had to buy ear plugs to tolerate it. Also host should of had somebody clean the drive way and front pathway of snow before and while we were there.
