  Would not recommend

  The kitchen cupboards are in poor condition- draws missing, cupboards that don’t close. The bathroom was the worst- the bathroom stank all the time from the drain pipes in the shower and basin- there seemed to be no water trap- at least on the basin. It made the whole unit smell if you didn’t keep the bathroom door closed.

  Muy buena ubicación, a 10 minutos de la capital,fantástica terraza y muy bien equipada. Piscina muy agradable y muy cercana a muy buena playa y paseo.

  Fantastic not only the view

  Our stay was flawless. The accommodation offered exactly what it promises on the website. The host informed us in advance about everything we needed and was waiting for us upon arrival, handed over the keys, showed us around and explained everything. The name of the accommodation is not a lie either, because the view from the balcony, where there is a table for pleasant outdoor dinners, of the bay is truly fantastic. It is a five-minute walk to the beach, one flight of stairs to the pool. And there is a beautiful view of the sea from the pool as well. The road from the highway to the house may seem a bit adventurous, but even large buses can handle it successfully and after a few days it didn't seem so winding to us anymore :-) The host discovered upon arrival that the kettle and coffee maker were not working, for which he apologized and the next morning delivered completely new and working equipment. When I add to that the beautiful weather that he had ordered for us, the accommodation was perfect.

  I can't say that we didn't like anything. Parking can be a bit tricky, especially if you have a larger car, but we managed to fit into the reserved space every time without any scratches on the rental car, surrounding cars or the house :-) If we stayed in the accommodation for more than a week, I might try to adjust the doors on the cabinets and drawers in the kitchen so that they worked perfectly, but even in this form they were functional and it was so authentically holiday-like. And we didn't manage to climb to the top of Teide, so we still have to go back :-)

  Die Lage ist traumhaft und der Kontakt vor Ort (José Carlos) war überaus liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit). Die Küchenausstattung war auf 5 Personen ausgelegt und das Kochgeschirr besser als in vielen anderen Ferienwohnungen. Erwähnen muss man den Balkon, der einen tollen Ausblick bietet. Die Verkehrsanbindung mit dem Auto ist sehr gut und vor Ort findet man Tauchschulen und kleine Restaurants in Laufnähe. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich auch in der Nähe, ein Auto ist hier allerdings sinnvoll, da man bergauf gehen muss.

  Leider funktionierten die Türen des Bades und des einen Schlafzimmers schlecht, da sie schwer zu schließen und nur mit deutlich hörbarem Geräusch wieder zu öffnen waren. Dem Bad würde eine Renovierung sehr gut tun, besonders der Dusche. Ein Problem ist ein Ehepaar, das vermutlich direkt unter dem Appartement wohnt und intensiv das Kommen und Gehen der Gäste des Appartements beobachtet. Bei diesen Nachbarn scheint sich ein gewisser Groll gegenüber den Feriengästen eingenistet zu haben, denn es ging soweit, dass sie an der Türe des Appartements klingelten, uns unsinnige/falsche Behauptungen vor den Kopf warfen (wir würden z.B. täglich um 05.30h aufstehen und dann herumlaufen und sie stören....etwas, was wir im Urlaub ganz sicher nicht tun, außer man muss zum Flughafen) und sich dann noch rassistisch abwertend äußerten. Das hat uns leider die positive Stimmung verschlechtert. Aber wir wissen natürlich nicht, welche Vorgeschichten hier evtl. schon existieren.....oder ob die lauten Türen Teil des Problems waren.

  pleasant 11-day family holidays

  The 2-bedroom apartment is located in the 3rd floor of the residential building. It has a parking, and elevator. One room has 3 beds, and the second one a king size bed. Living room is large, with a TV and access to the spacious terrace with the excellent views over the ocean and nearby beach. Kitchen is also large and well equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals, as well as with washing machine. Bathroom is small, but still large enough for a family with 3 kids. Host was very helpful. Apartment also has a pool, but we did not used it very often, because the beach is close enough (few min. walk on the roadside). Apartment also has everything you need if you travel with a baby, including some toys.

  Some IKEA furniture pieces are falling apart. It would not require much to fix these issues. There are no bars, shops or restaurants in the area, so you urgently need a car to move around, however the highway is very conveniently close. Vacuum cleaner in the apartment would be handy. We also could not find air condition, but considering we stayed there in January we did not need it at all.
