    We had a great stay in the apartment. We are cyclists and it served its purpose as our base admirably.

    The location was very good with close proximity to the beach and facilities but also very quiet during the day and at night. The apartment was roomy and had all of the necessary facilities including a sheltered balcony.

    The air conditioning unit needed regular emptying of the overflow tank.

    Overall we enjoyed our stay. The apartment wasn't perfect, but we knew this before travelling.

    The location of the apartment was close to the sea front, Eroski supermarket, and a bus stop for Pollenca and Alcudia. It was surrounded by mature trees. Most rooms were of a good size. The kitchen had a large fridge / freezer, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer and enough work surface to prepare meals.

    As other reviews have mentioned, the bathroom is really small. The finishes around the shower base are poor, and the shower area is a bit tired looking. Although the wash basin is new and modern, it is too big for the small space. If you are not signed up to streaming services then the only English speaking T.V. is Sky News or France 24. There is a dog in one of the apartments which starts howling from 07:00hrs and throughout the day and only stops when it's owner returns home. The whole apartment would benefit from a fresh coat of paint, including the doors.
