The woman who cleans the accommodation and hands over the keys was very kind.
The host was very rude. We asked for an additional set of bed linens since there was only one and there were two of us, and he didn’t even bother to reply to the message—he just said that it was not part of the service. He also asked us to take out the trash at the end of our stay, even though an additional cleaning fee is charged as part of the price. We have stayed in many apartments all over Spain, and hosts are generally pleasant and kind, unlike him.
