    Lovely spacious studio in a great location.

    The studio is spacious and well thought out. It was also in a perfect location just metres from supermarkets, bars, beach etc. The Santa Catalina bus station was also only a few minutes walk away.The roof top terrace was an added bonus as it doesn’t have a balcony.

    We had issues getting into the apartment never having come across this type of very secure lock before. (Who knew that the code had to be inserted twice, after turning the illuminated lock anti clockwise?). Fortunately we discovered how it works with the help of another resident. He informed us that he’d had the same problem when he arrived at his next door apartment. Getting into the building itself wasn’t a problem. It also has an induction hob, which I discovered I can’t use. (Fingers too cold). Fortunately my husband was able to get it to work but it was a bit frustrating.

    TODO LO QUE NECESITABAMOS

    En general, todo. Buena ubicación, bien equipado y pendientes de si te falta algo. Aunque no lo pudimos disfrutar, tuvieron el detalle de obsequiarnos con una botella de vino a nuestra llegada.

    Si tuviera que poner algo negativo, no sería respecto al apartamento, es sobre el aparcamiento. Al estar en una muy buena zona, tanto de ocio, como de proximidad a la playa, es complicado aparcar. Es cierto que hay varios aparcamientos cercanos, la zona azul es una pesadilla, no puedes aparcar más de 2 horas en la misma zona, o cambias el coche o multa, en fin un poco desastre.
