    gar nichts ...

    Alt und abgerockt rechtfertigt den Preis... trotzdem könnte man eine gewisse Grundsauberkeit voraussetzen!!! Wenn aber noch Haare und sonstiges vom Vormieter überall rumliegen und es nach Urin riecht, steige ich aus... Auf meine Mail mit der Info vorzeitig abreisen zu wollen und ob wir dann die noch nicht in Anspruch genommenen Leistungen zurück zu bekommen kam kein Feedback... Erst als wir mitteilten uns Putzmittel zu besorgen und selber zu putzen kam eine Mail mit dem Hinweis, dass sie gerne nochmals einen Putztrupp schicken, wenn wir das wünschen... "Nochmals" war lustig ... Ich habe dankend abgelehnt... Mein Fazit: nie wieder!!!!

    Im Grossen und Ganzen , wie bei uns , für 3 Personen das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung

    Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet . Betten soweit o.k.

    Zimmer direkt an Hauptstrassenseite , nicht wie in Buchung zum Innenhof , daher besonders in den Morgenstunden beim Berufsverkehr und gekippten Fenstern sehr laut . Die Wohnung ist soweit in Ordnung , aber anders wie auf der Webside , doch in die Jahre gekommen . Hinterhofeingang , Treppenaufstieg und Flur nicht besonders ,,vertrauenswürdig" und könnten durchaus eine Renovierung vertragen .

    Comfy big beds, little kitchen with dishwasher. Parking possible near apartment. Easy check-in.

    Shower curtains would be very nice to keep the bathroom floor dry while showering

    Bardzo pomocny gospodarz, pomógł nam z pościelą. Blisko drogi ekspresowej do Wiednia

    Podatek miejski można opłacić tylko przelewem; Konieczne jest dodatkowe zamledowanie (oprócz urzędowego). Klucz wydawany dopiero po dokonaniu obu zamelddowań i opłaceniu podatku. Nie ma włąsnego parkingu; parking przy ulicy jest płatny w dni powszednie. Część okien wychodzi na ruchliwą ulicę z barem.
