    Convenient location next to the beach

    Amazing location across the street from Matira beach.

    Property is up a steep hill, which allows a great view, but if you have physical limitations or young kids/babies, it will be hard to walk to and from the beach, especially on rainy days when things can get slippery. WiFi connection was slow and unreliable.
