Great location - easy walk to beach & town. Good management response.
The view & location The management staff were quick & efficient to respond when I requested a window clean in order to enjoy the view as Windows were dirty on our arrival. Books & games were plentiful Kitchen well stocked with utensils
More ‘detail’ was expected in a high end property stay The bed was uncomfortable - the soft mattress & pillows did not make for a good nights sleep No coffee machine - just instant coffee No toiletries (hair products) which you would expect Lounge was dirty and well used

No toilet in the en-suite Bathroom fans a bit noisy and from what we could work out operation was a bit weird.

Good property managed by poor property managers
Location of property was good.
The property manager's response to our situation was both inadequate and unprofessional. One of the rooms lacked a heater, and despite our repeated calls and messages, it was only provided after the first night. Basic necessities like a heater, especially in winter, should be supplied without needing to complain. Furthermore, despite our continuous requests for an extra blanket, none was provided. The excuse given was that the heater was sufficient, which left one room uncomfortably cold and unsuitable for sleeping. When we requested compensation for these issues, the property manager reacted aggressively and used abusive language.
