Genuine farmhouse experience in the heart of Amish Country.
The property was very clean. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. Washer and dryer available. Beautiful view of a farm across the road. Great location. It is close to the highway, but we loved hearing the horses and buggies go by. Some may not appreciate the road noise, but it didn't bother us at all. There were not any TVs, which I loved. We played Uno for hours during two nights of our stay. Those are much better memories than watching TV. Very spacious kitchen also. Loved the decorative touches. The cheesy snack mix was my favorite snack. Thanks for sharing those.. As a matter of fact, I looked at the package tonight to order more. Beacon Cafe was also a short walk or ride for breakfast. Strawberry pop tarts, breakfast bowl, quiche, and caramel cloud frappe were among our favorites.
The property is a farmhouse, so visitors should expect the floors to squeak. This could be disturbing for light sleepers, but I thought it just added to the genuine farmhouse experience.

The best accommodation in the USA so far.
It couldn't be better. A very nice little house in a beautiful landscape. The welcome was very friendly and warm. We learned a lot of interesting things about the Amish way of life from the owner. The house has everything you need. There's a very good pizzeria nearby. This has been the best accommodation so far on our 10-day trip to the USA.
The street in front of the house was a bit noisy during the day, but it was nice and quiet at night.

It was clean , charming , and comfortable!
It was on a busy road where cars and trucks sped bye often ! It didn’t make or break our weekend though 😘

We had a delightful visit!
We were pleasantly surprised by the perfect accommodations.The cottage is immaculate, thoughtfully decorated and located in an ideal charming area. If we should make another visit we will surely arrange to stay here again! My husband met Matt who is very friendly and helpful. He gave my husband a bit of history of the area. I wish him and his family many blessings!
