We loved everything about our Cottage stay. It has such a nice view & very comfortable.

I loved the cottage -so rustic and charming. Needs stronger water pressure in the shower. Across from hot tub and fire pit. Loved the swing in the Zen barn. My favorite was the cool dip pool. It was a million degrees outside, and the pool was so refreshing.

Would definitely come back - loved the Farmview Cottage and intrigued by the Hobbit house.
Lovely space. Fascinating eclectic collection of accommodations from the hobbit house to the treehouse. Stayed in the Farmview Cottage which was just perfect with its own, well-stocked kitchen, thoughtful complimentary coffee beans, tea, hand soap and shower gel/shampoo. (It would have been nice to have more glassware… we had to borrow a wine glass from the Zen Barn communal kitchen). Loved the vibe of the Zen Barn - could see bringing a larger group there for an event.
Oppressively hot when we stayed there (not the property’s fault). Knew about the dipping pool and thought about using it, but found it drained/empty. Lots of apparent “work in progress” going on all around the property. Assuming that’s based on a “vision” for upgrade/transformation and hope the owners can bring that to fruition - this place has tremendous potential as a “destination” only a 2 hr drive from NOVA, and 20-25 minutes from Charlottesville
