    This is an advertising fraud, booking didnt exist at arrivel. But I got money back from Booking.com

    Grat apartment and location, but not beach access as advertised

    - Location right on Quinta Avenida close to all the shops, restaurants and attractions -Nice apartment. Great for a family with two kids. - Property management is nice and responsive - Nice pool area with a view to the beach

    The property is advartised with beach access, beach chairs, etc. However, the deck is damaged, the beach is gone, and you have to go around which is challenging with toddlers. My main reason for selecting this property was the beach access, so this was very disappointing. See pictures from Christmas 2025. My recommendation is to call El Faro directly and see if they fixed it before making a decision.

    Bien, mais pas la description annoncée par Booking !!!

    Jolie vue Appartement bien localisé.

    Contrairement à la description Booking, l'appartement ne fait pas du tout 165 m2, mais 165 sqf (soit 3 fois moins). Ce n'est pas du tout (mais alors du tout) la même chose. L'appartement ne sent pas bon (odeur d'urine, lors de notre passage). Equipements complets mais vétustes (en particulier cuisine)
